With over 16 years of experience in program management, program delivery and monitoring, I have a proven track record of leading large-scale health, social protection, education, and emergency response initiatives across Pakistan. My expertise spans project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic oversight in high-impact programs funded by international organizations, including UNICEF, WHO, CIDA, ECHO and NRC. I have successfully contributed to emergency response efforts, including Malakand IDPs response program, monsoon flood emergency response, polio eradication campaigns and humanitarian relief programs, ensuring efficient coordination with government bodies, donor agencies, and community stakeholders. My role in these efforts involved managing field activities, monitoring program delivery, HR operations and addressing operational challenges in complex environments of KPK and Sindh.

A pioneer project staff, facilitated the project inception phase in 2015 in identifying local native female workforce, mapping the project areas, facilitated more than 100 training sessions on inter personal communication, supportive supervision, Reporting mechanism and program policies etc.
Operationalizing the program strategies under technical guidelines from National & Provincial emergency operations centers for polio eradication and have supported in resource allocation, field planning and monitoring of around 65 national & sub national immunization drives - campaigns including the special COVID19 response in Sindh province.
Contributed in policy development, concept notes included Priority population (Pashtoon tribes) and finalized a strategy to engage community elders, corporate entities and build relations with employee’s welfare associations in industrial units Karachi to gain maximum support and ease House to house access.
Contributed inputs on key policy and program developments with the senior management. This includes the Asset management policy, staff leave policy, administrative staff issues and procedures etc. and facilitated joint sessions with deputy commissioner offices to orient them on the program policies.
Facilitated the program multi phases scale up 2016, 2017 and transition Year 2019-20 conducted by McKinsey & Company being a program focal point for Provincial EOC, UNICEF and WHO provincial management.
Being a nominated lead focal point facilitated the Sindh Chief Minister’s Secretariat statistic division in digitization of Polio program data of 3.3 million households for Sindh Govt COVID19 1st wave response.
Supervising around 15000 community based female vaccinators through mid-cadres at the district, town and Union council levels.
Administrate and manage activities related to the internal recruitment process for Polio vaccination teams, conflict resolution, daily management of information systems and internal databases, providing admin and strategic support to HR stakeholders. Scheduling and coordinating female outreach sessions with 3rd party vendors for staff engagement and capacity building.
Supported international media & communication missions to Sindh including “The Guardian”, UK media team by facilitating them in community meetings, Pashto translation and content.
· Facilitated Afghan refugees, North & South Waziristan IDPs in their access to basic humanitarian services including health, food, shelter and protection under Emergency Response Fund (ERF) funded by One UN.
· Developed and implemented a collaborative plan with Govt; of Pakistan entities like NADRA, Social welfare department to ease access to services to the effected population.
· Conducted field assessments, interventions through mass community mobilization, organizing community volunteer groups for sustainable development goals.
· As lead nominated trainer, facilitated NRC organized trainings on Information & access to humanitarian services, development programs in the area, CCBs and the disaster risk reduction strategies. For the very first time integrated DRR strategies into protection services for mass awareness and practical implementation of the program activities to achieve 100% results.
· Maintained databases and submitted monthly, quarterly progress reports to NRC Head Quarter office.
· Coordination & Liaison with HRDS Head office, Program Office, District Administration, line departments (Health, Education and Development organizations).
· Organizing workshops/seminars, managing field activities & training events for the target beneficiaries. (Teachers/PTC members, students, government officials and Project staff).
· Monitoring & Evaluation, Coordination & feedback of overall progress, issues and other important tasks/activities assigned.
· Arranging and conducting Baseline, Need Assessment, Pre and Post KAP surveys for the current phase or future programs as and when required on need basis.
· Submit operational plans on weekly and monthly basis, reviewing activities periodically, to ensure that Project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by the Program Manger.
· Develop, maintain and improve mutual and beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and provide capacity building through advocacy (including government officials, school teachers and community leaders) to ensure successful implementation of the project.
Worked as key member of the Project review committee led by the field mission Emergency coordinator UNICEF to review project proposals (Long term agreements – LTAs & Special Services Agreements), budget plans & Liquidations of accounts. Jointly with the UNICEF Program & coordination team, finalized 35 project proposals in health and nutrition sector for norther Sindh districts.
Facilitated the Nutrition cluster & working groups in Sukkur division Sindh in scheduling meetings, drafting meeting minutes and process communication. The UNICEF supported districts were mapped with the support of program team.
Facilitated the nutrition information management system trainings for partner organizations at norther Sindh districts.
Spot checking of partner organizations accounts, processes followed and the project reviews.

UNICEF implemented and CIDA funded integrated health and basic education program to support smooth intervention of UNICEF programs in the district. o To provide technical expertise in supporting the assessment, design, coordination and monitoring of the UNICEF local response in Emergencies, including, the UNICEF IP’s facilitation and monitoring, Coordination support to the Govt line Departments in district Swat. o Post- Militancy disaster (2008-09) support in the worst affected areas of district of Swat KPK.
