Job Responsibilities
To Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.

To develop Macro & Micro planning of Plastic Tarpaulin industry
To execute production at Extruders, Weaving, Lamination, Welding, Hemming & Packing according to developed plans
To develop order planning sheet and correspond with higher management
To develop a production dash board of each sub department with hourly up dation
To monitor production capacities and demarcated waste levels on daily basis
