Current rol is assistant manager admin but responcibility is supply chain manager (Officer in Command Stores and spares).
• Daily purchase , sale and consumed stock report.
• To coordinate with store and dispatch for timely issuance of stock.
• Timely disbursement of salaries and commission to all Plant Staff.
• To provide all the sales , purchase , consumptions facts and figure through Analysis.
• Overall analysis & improvements of business.
• Fixed Assets Management.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable Management.
• Reporting to Financial Statements
• Coordinate and Assist with different departments regarding different task.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, browsing.
• Daily use of Internet and E-Mail-records as well as maintain office files and documentations.
• Data Entry of all types of vouchers (i.e. Journal Voucher, Cash Payment Voucher, Bank Payment Voucher, Cash Receipts etc.) in computerized software.
• Computerized Sales record prepared on monthly basis.
Extra Responsibilities
• Working as personal assistant of Project Manager.
• Maintaining all visits and meeting reports for and on behalf of Project manager.
• Responsible for all official tasks assigned by Project Manager
