Over 12 years experience with NGOs and public institutions mainly in the fields of social mobilization, community development, community-based environmental and natural resources management, communications, monitoring, evaluation and research (MER) and institutional strengthening. Led community empowerment, livelihood diversification and income enhancement components of some mega projects implemented by government and civil society organizations. Have good knowledge of the development arena with understanding of different development paradigms and social development issues besetting countries like Pakistan.
