Assist international clients on email and phone.
Practically understanding the JD's and requirement of clients as well as supporting in
sharing good CV's to End user.
Coordinating between client and candidate during third party arranged interviews.
Handling different Job Portals for Sourcing, Screening, Job Posting, and Advertising for job openings of
lower, mid and high level positions.
Knowledge and skills about utilization of Social Media to advertise the openings and to attract the right
candidate.
Preparation of advertisements and placing them in different countries through authorized recruitment /
advertising agencies.
Receive CVs from third party suppliers, Short listing, Screening, and arranging their interviews with the
client.
Arranging in-country and Overseas Interviews and related items like Visas, Campaigns / Travel / Hotels
arrangements where necessary for interviews.
Arrange for medical, Employment Offer, Visa process of selected candidates with concerned Consulates
through Government Affairs department.
Involved in mobilization of candidates from India, Pakistan, Nepal, Philippine, Ghana, Egypt, Canada,
Turkey and local manpower for various projects within Jaddarah Workforce Services Co. for our clients -
SABIC, Ma’aden, Tasnee, AXENS, Tamimi, 3i Infotech, and many big FMCG & Restaurants sectors.
Taking part in various recruitment drives and campaigns locally and internationally.
Assisting in negotiating, preparing and signing of contracts with agencies for supply of manpower.
Induction and Orientation program for incoming talent.
Making Employment Contracts according to the offers by clients or internal offers, altering the contracts
to meet specific needs of employees and handling related issues.
Update the manpower plans, as well as to ensure the recruitment plans for other positions on the
approved manpower plans are in line as per the time frames.
Maintain strong database (Talent Acquisition) for resumes of all categories through subscribed

Documentation control of all staff profiles and concerning records.
