Responsible to supervise, maintain and produce high standard on accounting and financial including BI, MIS reports, retaining all relevant records on sales & expenses for specified period. SPECIFIC DUTIES ADMINISTRATION & LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT:
1. Assisting ALC Manager to prepare month end financial reports to Finance, and also assisting in controlling of budget records and limits.
2. Ensuring the proper SOP implementation on:
(a) Internal transfer (b) Daily cash reconciliation report (c) Store Fixed Assets
(d) Non-trade order, delivery and payment (e) Office equipment & facilities checklist
3. To check the inventory level and ordering in the store by doing OPL of (Dry Food, Fresh Food, Non Food) departments that ordering is keyed into the system.
4. Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures by all departments.
5. Analyzes Night Run reports and discusses matters with concerned department and floor managers.
6. Inventory controlling and record keeping Shrinkage, Theft, Damage, and Stock Level Problems.
7. Conducts audit on GR transactions prior to submission of all GR documents to Invoice Control.
8. To assist in controlling the Makro Mail & METRO Mail (MM) stock (budget quantity vs. ordered quantity) helps to department managers in reordering of and stock availability.
9. Following up with suppliers daily on overdue delivery dates, and faxing the order request in emergency cases to maintain the stock availability on shelves.
10. Assisting to department managers on shrinkage controlling, negative stocks, slow movers and obsolete stocks.
11. Conduct/Supervise the whole partial and annual stock takes and also conduct training session to guide operations staff.
