Duties and Responsibilities
  Working experience on ERP (Inventory & Purchase System), Maximo (IBM) & Oracle E-Business Suite.
 Prepare PG reports.
Assist management for make planning to purchase material according to the forecast (As per Machine Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Estimated Annually Emergency Breakdown & Annual Budget) and re-ordering level (Fixed monthly/yearly usable material.
Maintain records of Furnace oil, Lubricants, Chemicals and also supervise decanting/handling incase of unavailability of the concern staff.
Troubleshoot Wartsila WOIS & WECS system software related issues/problems.
Develop & run software of Daily PG Report & b Store Inventory.
Prepare annual PG budget as per management guidance.
Take backup of Wartsila engine’s WOIS for restoration system in some circumstances for smooth plant operation.
As a new assignment handling eAM related activities.
Coordinates with other departments (Finance, Purcahse & HR) for PG related tasks.
Operating software (MS Windows) & applications installation.
Create & configure user profile as and when required.
Hardware installation, configuration & technical support for IT network as and when required.
Hardware services for operating and monitoring computerized control system of engines & auxiliaries.
