Develop liaison between departments for Postpaid related matters
Achieving the monthly sales targets by coordinating with franchise staff and Territory sales Supervisor/officer
To provided back end support to all the franchises of the region about system related matters
To build the team of Postpaid RSOs at franchise level and provide them ongoing support for boosting up the postpaid sales
To deal with small accounts, present them about company products
Continuous visit to franchise and train them about product knowledge with the help of training team
To train and implement all the process and procedure in the region related to postpaid
Device selling (Handset/USB EDGE sticks etc)
To determine the training needs of all concerned staff, franchise, 3rd party and their employees in consultation with the S&D manager and HQ.
Chalk out the detailed training plan specially designed to meet the training needs of all franchises and distributors.
To ensure a comprehensive training on customer care, sales force management and product usage guidelines.
Make preparation of budget estimation for the training needs.
Plan and secure necessary training materials for the courses.
Analyze, summarize, compile and submit reports to the managers of training result.
Apply professional knowledge and skills to enhance the education & training quality and develop a proper curriculum.
