● Producing different size of bars ranging from 9.5 to 40 mm as per monthly production schedule.
● Maintain records by preparing reports on daily and monthly basis by using MS Power BI, Word, Excel and Power Point.
● Making reservations and checking stock availability by using SAP.
● Ensure that rolling equipment’s condition are satisfactory and spare available on time i.e. guides & roll.
● Ensure amp, rpm and other parameters are within range.
● Ensure manufacturing of bars as per international standard and minimize wastages.
● Carrying out preventive maintenance of roughing, intermediate, finishing mill as per SOP.
● Ensure that safety policies were observed and followed.
● Inspection of items receive from the vendor.
