1-Keep follow-up of Purchase planning of material from Vendors and share report to CEO.
2-Conduct inspections at critical stages of the production process, including material purchase and receiving from vendor, production processes on assembly/line, final inspection & packing and dispatch of shipment and prepare a collective 4 % Quality Assurance Report and share with the CEO.
Conduct required Specification tests & Functionality tests on instruments and share findings in 4% QA Report mentioning the PASSED & FAILED inspected quantity.
Ensure the standard quality of instruments at Final Inspection Stage and Packing along with checking the cleanness of instrument and cleanness of packing aesthetics. Also record any observation found at final inspection stage (before shipment) in 4% Quality Assurance Report mentioning the PASSED & FAILED quantity and also the quantity for REWORK.
Make sure that all production departments complete the required output from workforce on daily basis both Quality and Quantity wise.
Planned production while establishing & adjust work procedures to meet up production schedules.
Makeing sure the product is on drawing giving by customer, the quality & Functionality tests as par customer requirement.
Condect weekly meeting and training sessions with supervisors and workers to discuss Qulity related and customer complains issues to avoid same mistakes in fature.
1- Planned newly added customers orders.Source local and outdoor vendors to negotiate better terms regarding pricing , Quality and delivery time frame as par customer requirement.
2-Condect weekly meeting with supervisors & vandors to know actual Vs planned production out put to know comparison to identify opportunities to boost production to achieve maximum results.
1-Planned, Organized, supervise and implant Surgical Manufacturing Procedures following Standards Of Industrial Regulations and quality assurance method.
2-Managed prodection & medical devices to keep up with prodection Goals and as per customer requirements.
3-Rewiewed prodection orders, schedule delivery dates and inventory levels to determine product availability.
