Credit Analyst duties and responsibilities

Monitoring the lending activities of an organisation and ensuring that businesses operate within the right credit risk

Developing advanced analytics and modelling of credit and retailer risk strategy and policies

Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the monitoring officer and Project manager Food Security.
Complete understanding of the project and its implementation strategy
Identification and selection of the targeted villages in each UC as per set criteria being given by the PM or Monitoring officer.
Initial contact with the target communities for the introduction of the Project and informing the communities of the social organisation strategy of the Project
Establishment of the Village Committees (VC) in the targeted villages as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Training of VC members in the Community management skills such as record keeping etc.
Maintenance of the record of the VC by the VC members in the desired form.
Door to door assessment and identification of the beneficiaries for each component of the project as per SOPs.
Finalization of the beneficiaries through active involvement of the VC members.
Regular field visits and conduct the community meetings frequently.

Ensure participation of 100% teachers Training in UC level workshop.
Joint visits along with ADEOs / SPEs to monitor activities of teacher.
Facilitate teacher held regular community meeting. Identification of volunteer, BLS, preparation of UPE registers Enrollment and reporting during regular field visits.
Identify training need for teachers and prepare plan along-with ADOEs / SPEs to provide training to teachers.
Validation of 5% data on prescribed format in all villages of assigning area.
Carry out student’s assessment on learning achievement of all the students in collaboration with the Education Department.

Facilitate teachers training at the appropriate level in consultation with the District Education Department.

Responsible to mobilize target communities for their involvement in project activities and facilitate the community in the formation of CO, VO & ensuring their roles and responsibilities.
To mobilize Committees for the effective use of the community resources and process of beneficiary’s identification and final selection as per agreed criteria in approved proposal.
Identify and verify beneficiaries with consultation of VO/CO members for different Project activities.
To maintain proper record keeping of the project activities during the implementation of the project.
Interact and close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists.
Share the details of CRM at field level and address the complaints of the beneficiaries.

Plan social mobilization activities in the context of the project log frame and targets set aligned with project work plan.
Provide input in the development of terms of partnership to be signed with the communities for participation in the project activities,
Initiate social mobilization process and facilitate the project communities to organize themselves in shape of community organizations.
Identify and establish of community groups, and members of Parent Teachers Association (PTAs) in targeted area.
Facilitate school enrollment campaign with support of different activities, to ensure the targeted number of enrollments within project duration.
Facilitate participatory planning and implementation process for identification of school’s infrastructure needs and construction of prioritized infrastructure.
Initiate and support different extracurricular activities in schools as per planned in project.
Facilitate school administration in carrying out school health assessment of children.
Support COs to build their capacities in CO management, planning and monitoring, conflict resolution, and promoting social harmony in the community.
Provide input for preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports on the field activities highlighting achievements and bottlenecks.
