概要
-Regularly review of MIS and accounting related to stores, sales, and purchase and payments functions at plant / milk procurement areas. Supervising payments function of the Department responsible for paying suppliers of milk across the country. The function is also responsible for executing payments other than for the purchase of raw milk e.g. transportation, operating costs, salaries etc.
-Monitoring of cash flow on daily basis. Monitoring banks status on daily basis to cover short funds.
-Ensuring implementation and smooth running of an effective internal control system which can effectively cater the requirements of a very wide geographically spread operations.
