• Preparation of BOQ’s (Bills of Quantities) and raising MIN’s (Material Issue Note) to provide Material to construction sites.
• Developing of Budget, Cost Estimates, Cash Flow projection for Engineering, Material & Construction Activities.
• Prepare project progress reports, Variance reports on weekly or monthly basis as required by the management.
• Ensure the project activities meet the defined schedules and plans in accordance to given specifications.
• Visit sites for monitoring the on ground situations and to provide technical assistance to site staff.
• Ensure that the work is done as per defined SOPs and specification to achieve planned outcome of Quality Assurance.
