·Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
·Conduct regular visits to project sites to carry out process monitoring as well as gather feedback from the beneficiary community about the implemented projects and submit a detail report about the activities
·Design comprehensive periodic project monitoring and evaluations reports based on information retrieved from the database and field.
·Identify and document success stories and case studies on extraordinary aspects of the project
·Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output
·Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project and collect data accordingly
·Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results
·Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities
·Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the Project Coordinator/ Manager
·Support Project Coordinator /Manager and project Officer in project action planning

·Undertake Project baseline and end line assessments.
·Arranging meetings, trainings, sessions and other events in targeted project schools.
·Conduct Fortnightly monitoring & mentoring visits to targeted schools in respective cluster. During these visits following aspects will be taken into consideration:
Ø Utilization of AV Aids;
Ø Maintenance of library corners;
Ø Accessibility of students and teachers to both the above;
Ø Undertaking of reading activities in line with the Library Utilization Plan and Core Reading List;
Ø Adoption of teaching methodologies in line with the given training; and Performance/functioning of PTCs as per TORs
·To monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment.
·To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about "Provision of Quality Teaching and Improved Reading Skills for Children."
·To rais awareness among community members about education and to show them ways they can do this for themselves.
·Assist community members to identify needs about education and to generate solutions, identifying priority issues and to analyze their problems.
·To encourage and stimulate community members to organize for action aimed at solving their problems and to plan, implement and monitor action that they define themselves.
·To develop trust, tolerance and co-operation among community members.    
·To assist the community in obtaining available outside resources, warning of the negative effects of becoming too dependent upon outside resources.
·To encourage and stimulate full participation by all community members; with special attention to those who are usually forgotten, marginalized and overlooked in community decision making.           
·To assist the community in obtaining information and knowledge that may be available through governmental and non-governmental agencies.
·To assist the community members in developing their own capacity and strength to the point where they no longer need the services of you.
·Preparation of Monthly activities works plan and daily dairy
Preparation and submission of activities and monthly Progress reports.
