● Initialized and commenced operations of Airline Engineering company by the name of Northern Technik   (Pvt) Limited, with projected earnings of more than PKR 14 Million per month.
● Developed Equipment Performance Tracking Model which was deployed across 7 Stations in September 2019. The system led to Operational savings to the tune of PKR 800,000 per month between January and February 2020. The model has the capability to predict future expenses at a calculated accuracy of 90%.
● Initiation of Trainee Program at RAS, whereby engineers were hired and trained to indigenously maintain equipment, resulting in savings worth millions of rupees.
● Conducted successful media buying for print advertisements of Fly Dubai, Qatar Airways, Saudi Arabian Airlines & Fly Dubai Cargo.
B. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (Additional Responsibilities)
·       Conducted thorough need analysis for revision of Performance Evaluation Systems
·       Developed & Maintained Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for the Head Office to track station progress across departments
·       Developed OKR progress tracking mechanism for stations, which was linked to HR Incentives Policy
·       Conducted thorough analysis of routine absenteeism at stations, which lead to decrease of workforce by 46 personnel at Islamabad station
·       Revamped onboarding process of new inductees to create a better employee-job fit
