Verification, Scrutiny & Calculation of Landed         Costs for all imported items & recording of related AP invoices.
Supervise recording of AP Invoices after scrutinizing of enclosed documents and 3 way matching Reconcile the accounts payable ledgers to ensure that all documents are posted properly and all ledgers are Up-to-date at all times.Follow up for missing invoices.
Maintaining a vendor payable sheet to proceed      payment as per allocated funds considering aging and plan urgency Withholding of taxes while making payments to vendors, contractors etc. under IT Ordinance.
Coordinate activities between Vendors & organization and liaison with different departments and personnel within the organization.
Preparation of different types of reports directly assigned by higher management.
Review Import Vendors\' Payments and other import-related charges, keep track of Security deposits with Shipping lines and verification of invoices of the commission agent, port terminal operators,reviewing Payable and markup against Usance LCS.
Documentation related to Issuance of Bank Guarantee.
Liaison with the External Audit team during Annual
Statutory Audit and reviews.Review invoices for appropriate documentation and ensure compliance with the defined SOPs of outgoing payments.
Preparation of data for Filing of Monthly Sales tax return to FBR
Preparation of data for annual income tax return, and for reply to different tax notices
