I have experience in training, monitoring, and administration. I have three years of Monitoring/MEAL experience and an overall experience of 4 years. During my stay with the Shifa Foundation UNICEF Integrated Flood Response & WFP Benazir Nahonuma Program, I have been involved in two programs related to Nutrition, and Gender Based Violence. I have been engaged in Community mobilization, organization, capacity-building training in the field, field monitoring visits, and preparing reports.
Working as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Benazir Nashonuma Programme Funded by World Food Programme (WFP) in district Naseerabad/Jafferabad Balochistan. Paying field monitoring visits on 28 outreach teams along the Social Behaviour Change Communication Team, writing minutes of meetings, preparing monthly and weekly work plans, writing Monthly Progress reports and facilitating monitoring and guest visits in the district are my roles and responsibilities.
The project GBV in Emergencies (funded by UNFPA/PPHI) was based on the theme of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). We established Women and Girls Friendly Spaces (WGFS) across the district in the project. Psychologists, Lady Health Visitors (LHV) WGFS Assistant, and Field Supervisor were posted there. The objective was to ensure safe and skilled deliveries, protect women from stress, and psychological issues, and provide a friendly space.

The project was based on the subject of child protection and Gender-Based Violence. Child abuse, child labor, and Gender-Based acts of violence are common practices in the district of Jafferabad Balochistan. Team Sahil played a crucial role in giving awareness to the community about the terms Child Protection, Child Abuse, and Gender-Based Violence. Despite the taboos and stigma, we registered the cases of child abuse and GBV.
My job description was to manage the personal and official meetings of Ms. Naureen Farooq (NA-322) Kohat. I used to sit in the standing committees and women's caucus meetings. preparing speeches and National Assembly business were also my tasks.
