The tasks include managing HR/admin work of safe city project includes recruitment, attendance management, service-related issues, leave management and procurement management. Initiate and execute work related to vendor management. Create, execute and manage policy related to office HR/operations. Manage all the office stores including their bills, inventory and operations.
Worked as an internee in HR department. The tasks include recruitment process (preparing Job Advertisement, recruitment of resource through various platforms and take candidate interviews for various CRO and Management post), Documentation (preparation of contracts, hiring sheet and upload the information on portal), Payroll Process (ensure that each employee linked with bank accounts, handover the ATM cards of each employee and resolve issues of candidates at month end) and Manage employee attendance database (check in/out monthly report delivery to head office)
Worked as an internee in Training and Development department. The tasks include preparing the database and invitations for Management development program (MDP 2019), find trainers and prepare curriculum for training session regarding “Innovation and product development” plan and execute the event of summer camp 2019 (app development and adobe photoshop) and prepare the module about “Business Acumen” along with the presentation.
In Expertise (Private) Limited, I worked in the administration department. My basic task is to coordinate with the human resource and finance team and ensure coordination within the departments so that execution of tasks remain on time.
My internship based on 2 domains of areas. I performed my administrative tasks on a project of Expertise (Private) Limited “Islamabad Club” in F-9 park. Also, I performed my administrative task in the office of Expertise (Private) Limited in E-11/3 Islamabad.
