概要

A professional with more than Nine years' experience in social sector development of Pakistan using education health the two power indicators of social development as the main tools of reform and sustainable development.
I have been successful in streamlining the gender, training education regarding Health management initiatives for Merlin. I worked with Merlin on different designations ie (Health Promotion Supervisor (FPA), Training Assistant (FPA), Master trainer (Help Age) and Pharmacist / Dispenser (PHC) ). I have also contributed as Pharmacist / Dispenser in Flood relief activities in Kalam with Merlin, and possess diverse skills in managing health status of people in natural disaster during peace and emergency situations including humanitarian assistance, relief and rehabilitation work. My supervisors have always rated me as an excellent planning and execution resource person. With this I have advanced skills in presentation and social networking and hold strong PR in the governmental, NGO and private sectors.
I had worked with Save The Children as Training Officer in Swat.
I also worked as Inter Personal Communication Officer in the prestigious organization Green Star (commonly non as Sabaz Sitara) I headed a 32 member team (male/female) as an Inter Personal Communication Officer for the whole Malakand division. As our area of jurisdiction, my team was engaged in positive change in behavior (in reproductive health) and provided health facilities. I also worked over the capacity building of my team. I also gave them classroom training in job coaching, daily reporting weekly and monthly reporting are also my responsibilities. Green star provided me some valuable training.
As belong to Malakand Division I have broad knowledge of the Geography, Traditions, Society, Socio-psycho, and economic conditions of the area people. I had the honor to introduce Green Star social marketing in Malakand Division and expansion of network, I always achieved the required targets set by the high-ups.
