Warehouse Officer Dec 2018 to date.
• Primarily control the all stock movement and storage / materials in warehouse and process the associated transactions. Including Logistic, dispatching, shipping, receiving, and requisitions with concept and the roles of ( SAP, MM, FI ).
• In Absences of Warehouse Supervisor managing DOC, with inventory planner.
• Managing two channels, GT-HFS (High Frequency Stock) & Sub Distributer as per their monthly target based.
• Managing Pakistan largest 56- Sub Distributer network.
• Ensure timely execution of orders through effectively using of our 17 dedicated vans.
• Develop Plans to optimize the availability and use of Warehouse storage, equipment and labors productivity.
• Efficiently managing of warehouse KPI & SOP compliance.
Ensure goods are stored safely as per warehousing standards, efficiently & effectively.
• Every product dispatch by computerized software –SAP.
• Prepare cataloguing every type of product snapshot with article & Variant wise for record and warehouse space management
• Maintain stock receiving, issuing and balance reports update in software and data worksheet.
• Manage all stock movement reports of warehouse to warehouse and warehouse to shop/ Sub Distributer.
• Reports update with W/H stock reports, DR, GRN- and contribution Stock receiving, Stock movement reports, Product reports.
• Proper Housekeeping of inventory & equipment’s, ensuring it is kept in a clean, hygienic & conductive environment.
Inspection of GT and Sub D Vehicles on weekly and monthly basis.
• All database control with inventory management modules.
• Ensuring 100% IRA on the basis of daily physical count activity.
• Controlled subordinate warehouse staff, shift planning, reducing OT, managing staff training issues; motivating other members of the team; project management; setting objectives.

Work as Cash officer /Accountant in Abu Dawood trading Company Pakistan Pvt Limit .

Cash receiving from VSR or Suppler officer.
Cash Posting in SAP.
CMR Verification from SO as well through phone from Customers,
Cheques Verification and posting in SAP.
Prepare special financial reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing accounts information.
Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collection and analyzing accounts information.
Maintain all invoices and records of it.
Ensure all financial reporting deadline are met .
Check and verify and process invoices .
Post Sub D Payments in SAP With Verified instruments.
Verify Sub D Invoices through SAP.
Reconcile Sub D payments and invoices.
Managing petty cash..
