Responsibilities:


Installation and Maintenance:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Set up and troubleshoot electrical wiring, lighting systems, outlets, and switches.
Ensure the proper functioning of electrical components, including circuit breakers, transformers, and panels.



Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:

Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to determine the layout of wiring and electrical equipment.



Inspections and Testing:

Perform inspections to identify electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct testing of electrical systems and components to diagnose problems and implement necessary repairs.



Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair electrical problems or malfunctions, using various testing devices and hand tools.
Identify and resolve issues with electrical equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.



Upgrades and Modifications:

Upgrade existing electrical systems to meet current safety and energy efficiency standards.
Make modifications to electrical systems as required, considering client needs and technological advancements.



Collaboration:

Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and plumbers, to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems into overall building plans.



Emergency Repairs:

Respond to emergency calls for electrical repairs and provide prompt solutions to minimize disruptions.



Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.



Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
Stay informed about changes in electrical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance in all work.

Motor Rewainding , Make control panel, Control & Power Work ,Motor Repair & maintenance , Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure the availability of products.
Conduct regular physical counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.



Receiving and Inspection:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
Check for damaged or defective items and document discrepancies.
Ensure that received products are stored in appropriate locations.



Issuing and Distribution:

Fulfill internal and external requests for materials, equipment, and supplies.
Prepare and pack items for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
Coordinate with other departments to meet their material requirements.



Organization and Maintenance:

Organize and maintain the warehouse or storeroom for efficient storage and retrieval of items.
Implement a system for categorizing and labeling products to streamline the picking process.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area.



Data Entry and Documentation:

Enter data into the inventory management system, recording all transactions accurately.
Generate and maintain reports related to inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment needs.
Keep track of expiration dates and shelf life for perishable items.



Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products.
Implement measures to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss of inventory.
Report and address any quality issues promptly.



Vendor Relations:

Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies in shipments and negotiate terms.
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.



Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in handling and storing materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.



Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment to the appropriate personnel.



Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to optimize inventory processes.
Provide support and information during internal and external audits.



Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
Knowledge of inventory management software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
