Prepare high quality reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity and adherence to organizational standards. Faccilitate the MEAL department in conducting baseline/ MEAL line and impact assessments, including tool development and report generation.Monitor and evaluate all project activities in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.Design and lead the performance indicators and data collection to assess project impact.Independently validate all SIF projects in the twin cities, including OSP, SMILE, and Livelihood programs, as well as post- distribution validation.Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative data analysis using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure data quality, data accuracy and data consistency during data collection and data entry and manage database.

During my nine-month internship at Islamic Relief Pakistan orphan sponsorship program, I provided direct support to orphaned children, including social mobilization, counseling and assistance with daily needs. I also contributed to program administration through report writing, case study development, data entry, and documentation. This experience allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of NGO operations, working across various departments including program implementation, fundraising, and communications. I was particularly involved in the INSPIRE project, a youth empowerment initiative focused on education and skills development. Developed social mobilization skills through community outreach and engagement activities. This internship was instrumental in shaping my career aspirations and provided me with valuable experience in working with vulnerable populations.
