I am an aspiring Customer Success Manager with a solid educational background in science, including completion of Matric from New Siddique Public School in 2019 and ICS from Steps College Rawalpindi in 2022. Currently, I am pursuing a BSCS degree online from Virtual University. Alongside my studies, I have gained valuable experience as a Call Center Agent CSR at Lead4, where I worked with prime BPOs for a year. My dedication and hard work have always been my guiding principles.


With a customer-centric mindset, I am passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. I possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing me to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. I thrive in fast-paced environments and have developed strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
