As a WASH Program Associate at MAHD (Maan Education and Health Development), I have managed and coordinated various aspects of the WASH program, focusing on water supply, sanitation, and hygiene projects across Pakistan. My responsibilities included overseeing the installation of hand pumps, water filtration plants, and solarized water wells with latrines. I played a key role in constructing latrines in schools, paving streets, and developing drainage systems in communities. Additionally, I led hygiene promotion initiatives and capacity-building activities in schools and communities, ensuring regular monitoring and evaluation.
I conducted in-depth research and analysis to support program development, creating detailed activity plans and assessment forms. My role also involved comprehensive documentation and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability in project execution. Through effective collaboration and communication, I engaged with stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, and other NGOs, to align our efforts with the broader goals of improving public health and sanitation.

As a Research Assistant at the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, I had the opportunity to engage in a range of activities that have contributed to the success of various research projects.
