Inviting members of committees for the meeting.
Dissemination of required information to special invitees of the committee.
Preparation of comprehensive minutes of the meeting.
Maintaining minutes book under the purview of Trade Organization Rules 2013.
Managing various affairs in accordance with The Memorandum and Article of Association.
Compliance of regulatory requirements of regulatory authorities e.g., DGTO, SECP, FPCCI etc.
Preparation of Annual Election Schedule, conducting elections and supervision of complete procedures in the purview of prevailing laws.
The final execution of Election Schedule in accordance with the Trade Organization Act 2013, Trade Rules 2013 and The Memorandum and Article of Association.
Supervision of subjective files and its catalog.
ADMINISTRATION
Preparation of SOPs, Policies, and Rules for the approval of relevant Committee and implementation.
Provision of administrative support to all departments

Ensuring timely payment of Professional Fees.
Assistance to lawyers in providing complete working papers in the legal case.
Maintaining MIS of all legal cases and coordination with relevant staff at all APTMA offices.
