My job as Law officer in Punjab Health Foundation involves drafting the contracts for Loan disbursement, vetting the Loan agreements, vetting the Legal documents produced by the Loanee, issuing recovery notices, giving legal advice on day to day issues of office relating to HR and finance, also appears before the Court of law in whole Punjab and High Court on behalf of the Foundation. Draft amendments in PHF act, Rules, Regulations etc. Draft Legal Reports, Legal Comments, and Written statements to be presented in Court of Law. Contract writing and vetting. Procurement of goods and services as member of procurement committee purchase committee. Legal Documentation and Technical Reports etc.
