Objectives

My long range vision is to become a resourceful and self-motivated person, with profound knowledge of having distinct technical and practical background.
· Opened 21 new stores and Monitoring 16 stores in Islamabad region (Zone-2).
· Direct responsible for store’s KPIs including Merchandise, sales, Staff cost, Loss ratio, Turnover days and all related operation that support these KPIs,
· Co-ordination with All departments (Product, Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Admin and IT Department) regarding to solution of any problem in stores.
· Planning & Implementation of Sales Activities, checking Margin & Stock level, Market and customer survey for new stores.
