I amd working here as Site manager and Performing all the monitoring and evaluation of team at CoPC+ Jhang Site.Supervision and Implementation:

I am ensuring the proper supervision and implementation of all project activities at the site office and in outreach, adhering to the Global Fund Grant requirements with project management.



Work Plans and Reports:

Develop monthly work plans for project activities and submit detailed reports to the superiors, providing a clear overview of project progress. 



Advocacy:

Conduct regular advocacy sessions with key stakeholders at the project site office to maintain strong relationships and support for project objectives.



Data Verification:

Review and verify data collected by field staff and ensure accuracy and validation.



Coordination and Communication:

Organize and lead regular meetings with project site staff to facilitate effective coordination and communication among team members.



Meeting Records:

Maintain records of all project-related meetings, delegations, visits, and other significant events.



Field Feedback:

Review daily reports of ORWs to identify field-related issues and provide constructive feedback to the field staff.



Supply Management:

Verify stock, generate procurement demands, and conduct spot checks on the supply of commodities and pharmaceutical products on a regular basis.



Community Engagement:

Maintain good contact and build strong relationships with local police, government authorities, and community leaders to ensure project success and community support.



Procurement and Asset Maintenance:

Oversee project-related procurement, supply management, and the repair and maintenance of capital assets.



Supply Chain Management:

Monitor and manage the site supply chain to ensure the smooth provision of required services.



Monitoring and Gap Identification:

Regularly monitor project activities to identify gaps and weaknesses, verify progress against set targets, and assess service delivery needs.



Administrative Procedures:

Ensure the proper and effective implementation of administrative procedures related to project activities.


Monitoring and Evaluation:Site level Monitoring and evaluationa and implemtation of accordingly designed planned for the betterment of project program activities.

Responsible for the management of all project related procurement and supplies
management of consumables in close coordination with the site manager
Ensure that stock related data is computerized regularly, in addition to the maintenance of physical stock registers
Keep a regular check the stocks of materials issued to Outreach Workers (ORWs) for
effective controls
Maintain petty cash and ensure that all the items are purchased on compatible market prices
Maintain daily expense sheet for the project site Maintain log books and vehicle
maintenance and repair records
Ensure that project vehicles are being used only for the project purposes and not being misused by the drivers and ORWs
Provide secretarial support to the site manager in correspondence through emails,
reporting and accounting matters
Ensure maintenance of staff related documentation including attendance register, leave record etc.
Properly record minutes of meeting data and information under the supervision of site manager
