· Identify and establish Community Health Resilient Club (CHRC) at designated locations in liaison with ACF Nutrition officer and department of health and local authorities.

· Assist the Nutrition Officer for identification of cluster and locations for mobile OTPs.

· Community sensitization on the program objectives and methods to stimulate & eventually promote the understanding and participation of the target population. Community sensitization starts at village- and Community-leader levels and eventually extends to the entire population.

· Identify the Village Resilient Team in the catchment area and link with the OTP in the staff.

· Strengthen the Community Health Resilient Club (CHRC) and support the Village Resilient teams in the field operations.

· Seek and provide feedback on screening, supplementation, programme implementation schedule and activities plan as appropriate to enhance coverage and maximize impact.

· Participate in the selection of the decentralized mass screening sites to ensure access and high coverage.

· Work closely with FSL team to ensure all referrals take place to and from the CMAM outreach as well as to Healthcare Facilities.
Establish good Relationship with the Taluka and UC authorities, health facilities and community leaders.
Establish a network with the other actors in the working area (I/NGOs and DoH)
Establish linked and meetings with the Community leaders and different group existing in the working area.
Respond and coordinate properly with Nutrition Officer representing ACF.
Establish a good understanding of the program within the community.
Establish good coordination with caregivers coming to the OTP for services.

To mobilize the community on nutrition intervention.
To conduct health and hygiene sessions to sensitize the community on healthy practices to implement them in their daily life.
To conduct Union council and village mapping
To identify target community and mobilize community groups
To establish new contacts with communities.

Through regular, daily, community outreach paired with other team member, build and maintain relationships with communities, including local leaders, different groups, and stakeholders.
Organize information and awareness sessions with women and girls, men and boys in the community to disseminate information.
Service mapping for safety; improving communities’ knowledge on the referral pathway
Create community session materials, seeking review and approval of all materials and resources prior to use, from the Supervisor
Facilitate access, acceptance by the community of IRC teams as well as its activities by the community,
Promote community participation in IRC’s activities
Participate in the preparation and organization of WPE trainings/workshops to be held in the community for community volunteers, focal points, and/or beneficiaries
Establish and strengthen community support networks capacities to plan and carry out their action plans, ensure that the community does what it planned to do and monitor community progress frequently,
Furnish work plan, travel plan, monthly progress reports, feed data to MIS and provides regular feedback to the Manager Community Outreach
Complete attendance sheets for relevant activities and contribute to monthly activity reports, according to guidance provided by the WPE Officer
Maintain positive coordination and relationships with partner and other sector staff.
Any other duty may assigned by the supervisor.

Responsible for mobilizing the communities to play an effective role in protecting the rights of the children
Liaise with community leaders and parents to introduce program activities and encourage community involvement in program implementation and monitoring.
Establish and strengthen Community engagement including working towards a relationship that fosters acceptance, ownership that is required for longer term sustainability of the program interventions.
In line wth the Community Action Cycle, closely engage and guide community mobilisation teams in planning, implementing and evaluation of implementation of key community action plans, i.e., conducting / attending meetings and recording minutes of the meetings and follow up on action plans.
