 Weekly war room performance presentation to project director and Chief operational officer

• Monitor Mobilink telecommunication network performance using Network monitoring tool U2000.
• Monitor the alarms of all Network Elements throughout the Operations and Network Management software
• Provide timely response on system alerts and escalate the trouble ticket to concern team.
• Inform the hierarchical superiors and the client when the outages involve major network components
• Generate TT to level 2 team using MWP & also generate CM, PM tickets using OWS
• Take follow-up from Field Maintenance Teams for clearing hardware faults
• Perform periodical maintenance activities according with existing procedures
• Record all the information regarding the outages (description of the event, actions taken, implicated persons / teams, timing, results)
• Check DG running hours using NETECO & U 2000 to protect fuel theft
• Use NETECO for battery voltages of Low voltage & Base station power abnormal alarms, real time monitoring of site, remaining fuel in fuel tank
• E-mail hourly 2G, 3G down sites outage summary & 2G, 3G down sectors.
• Text message 2G, 3G category wise down sites outage
• Before Shift handover provide RCA to NOC Manager about all the events occurring in the network and logs them within the online Data

• Assembling work of 380/110 KV GIS and outdoor equipment.
• Installation of 502 MVA 380/110/13.8 KV Power Transformer
• Installation of 73 MVA 110/13.8 KV Power Transformer
• Installation of 150 MVAR Shunt Reactor
• Installation of Grounding Main Mesh.
