Working as a Plant Manager at 50MW Gul Ahmed Electric-II (GEL) where my responsibilities are to direct all wind plant operations for maintenance and repair, performance, and profitability and preparation of all relevant documentation but not limited to:

Oversee and lead day-to-day operations of the wind plant from a planning resource and logistics for smooth operation maintenance of plant. 
Oversee and administer site hardware/software systems including the operation, predictive maintenance and work asset management, such as BOP and WTG SCADA. 
Work closely with GM Operations to implement, manage, update, and maintain wind farm procedures, site policies, training programs, and work practices, and develop and administer approved safety programs and related equipment. 
Development of processes and procedures to safely and effectively operate and maintain the equipment in good working condition. 
Manage, with the support of the HDEC EHS department, an effective EHS program in accordance with all HDEC policies, applicable laws and regulations and permits. 
Work with the Maintenance Planning team to develop and manage the implementation of a strategy for maintenance activities. Contracts with third parties, major repairs and capital improvements management to ensure maximum project availability and profitability. 
Conduct and coordinate maintenance activities at wind farm facilities such as road repair, snow removal, and related activities. 
Ensure all maintenance is performed within all regulatory guidelines to include and focus on meeting all applicable NERC Reliability Standards. 
Setting of parameters of different type of overcurrent relays and Power Transformer TAPCON 230 pro. 
Maintain regulatory compliance with NPCC, NTDC and all operational federal, state, and local regulations and associated permits, including all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations. 
Overall responsibility for the performance of MV/HV Electrical Assets. OPEX and CAPEx budgeting and control.

Assembly and eraction of 132KV Gantries with lightening rod, Lightening Mast, Bus supports and Post insulators.
Installation and EPC testing of 2-Nos of 50-MW Transformers 132/22KV (SANBIAN)
Installation of MV Panels (22-KV)
Installation of 2-Nos of 10 -MVAR Magnetic Control Reactor (Tai Kai-10MVAR@22KV)
Installation of 2-Nos of Reactive Compensation units (Tai Kai-10MVAR@22KV)
WTG’s foundation earthing work is inprocess (Siemen-Gamesa)
Budget, plan and schedule manpower for project activities

Ensure a strict compliance with core provisions in building sector.
Capacity building and professional support to other departments wherever and when necessary
Develop Sector Specific Energy Efficiency Specific Strategic Plan / Business Plan related to building sector.
Developing capacity building programs and awareness campaign for building sector stakeholders to promote Energy Conservation Building Code Compliance and Associated Mechanisms.
Assist in developing Feasibility Studies for the EE&C initiatives in building sector.
Maintaining the material record and indents materials to procure.
Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local vendors.
Evaluate vendor quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
Daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery schedules.

Responsibilities:
o Familiar with process of STG and hands on training of (2x24 MW GE Steam Turbines) operation from Local Control Room with Unit Control System (GE- PAC System RX3i) in Fauji Power Company, Limited o Familiar with process of STG and hands on training of (1x10 MW GE Steam Turbine) operation from Local Control Room with Unit Control System (GE- PAC System RX3i) in FFBL Power Company, Limited o Familiar with the Turbine Critical Controls Vibration, Speed, Inlet Temp and Pressure, Exhaust Temp & press. o To follow safe work procedure for maintenance (PTW); and involve in plant safety and quality activities. o Supervise and implement predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all I&C related equipment & instruments install at power plant. o Supervise and implement the overhaul and annual inspection activities. o Identify or address malfunctions of plant operational equipment, such as excitation system, control system, protection system, vibration system, Generator & turbine monitoring instruments, SCADA system etc. o Carry out modifications and improvement on plants and auxiliaries o Installs, maintain repairs, calibrates and troubleshoots power plant instrumentation, electrical devices, and controls. o Performs (with assistance as needed) the maintenance of equipment by cleaning, adjusting, tightening, o Diagnoses & troubleshoot cause of electrical and operational malfunction or failure of equipment. o Supervise annual testing and calibrations as part of the I&C team. o To advise on manpower and resources for I&C maintenance work. o To regularly check adequacy of all C&I spare for the plant and auxiliaries. o To ensure proper record of I&C assets and workshop equipment. o Timely response to any maintenance outage and timely completion of maintenance work. o To implement On Job Training (OJT) on subordinates. o To keep and monitor tools register for I&C workshop
