Manage and grow Agri Credit based relationships of customers ensuring that their needs are met.
Knowledge of Agri Credit regulations and basic documentary requirements.
Meet or exceed portfolio Agri Credit targets for the assigned branch.
Introduce new customers to the bank with the potential for Agri Credit business.
Negotiate deals with customers in line with the Bank's profitability targets.
Conduct customer due diligence of new and existing credit applications.
Use appropriate questioning/investigation techniques to probe apparent anomalies/queries.
Develop and maintain processes, documentation and checklists for verification of applicants and guarantors.
Assess the credibility and credit worthiness of the applicant and the guarantors.
Daily reporting on verifications of all the applicant and guarantors to Head of Risk.
Recommendations regarding repayment capacity of the borrower based on his findings.
Assists in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Company's mission and helps execute staff succession and growth pla

Ensuring on track performance by conducting physical verification of the prospective clients.
Ensure proactive collection, perusal timely repayment of loans by communication with clients and ensuring hundred percent collections of loans.
Conduct loan booking in strict compliance with banks policies, procedures, ethics, and standards.
Ensure continuous review of product and services related knowledge and recommend areas of improvement through personal/client feedback.
Help in market assessment to identify new markets / areas and review the existing market / areas for final decisions on these.
Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.
Report cases with intent of fraud or prospective loss to the bank in any form to his line Manager/HOD.
Facilitate in implementing internal control standards in letter and spirit.
