A.GeneralAssisting the AME Unit in the development and implementation of Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation strategies by collecting quantitative and qualitative data on organization programs and general pre-project data.Any necessary assistance to data entry of information collected through AME assessments and Program data.AMEU monitors will also work closely as a part of the team unit with field and program staff. Monitors role is to support programs in their improvement and provide reliable information for coordination and management decision making and recommendations on projects.Development of data collection tools and methodologiesWork closely with the AMEU Officer to design appropriate information collection tools and methodologies including the assessment ToRs, questionnaires and other templates.2. Data CollectionTo collect data and information in the field through interviews of beneficiaries, focus group discussions, field visits and surveys, in line with instructions from the AMEU Officer/ManagerTo ensure transparent, accurate and timely collection of quantitative and qualitative data and informationTo ensure a regular, effective and comprehensive transmission of information within the all AMEU/Database teamTo cross-check information accuracy with the database entry.D.ReportingProviding regular reports to the AMEU Officer/Manager at frequent intervals on the progress of the implementation of the assessment activities and on the AMEU Monitors observations during the missionWorking closely with the Database to provide accurate data and where necessary assist in data entering.

Supporting periodic reporting of each project being implemented in respective area office in line with Monitoring Framework.Supporting in tracking progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.Furnishing and disseminating critical findings and observations relating to implementation project implementation plans and processes with line manager as well as respective project lead.Holding debriefing sessions with concerned teams on critical findings and observations to chalk out action points and course correction measures.Support to maintain and update program level cumulative progress against output and outcome indicators on the Indicator Matrix.Support in designing and conducting project related reviews and reflections to extract important lessons learnt for continuous improvement.Support in collation & consolidation of KAP, Assessments and Baseline reports.Collecting and document case studies and success storiesFacilitating internal and external action research activities such as impact studies, evaluations.

Assist the RTSM Manager for planning of field activities.Monitoring of Schools through mobile application.Submission of detail reports as per given formats.Monthly planning and reporting as per project requirements.   Close coordination with stakeholders, district administration and relevant departments.Development of case studies and success stories.
