Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
Coordinates services testing processes.
Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.Manage and maintain databases for the Quality management system.
Liaison with the department and Work on ISO 9001:2015 Certifications .
Liaison with the Regulator & Concerned department and Prepare for upcoming inspection & Audit.
Conduct and prepare internal audits, internal audit reports, and quality trending reports.
Report the status of the quality levels of staff, systems, and production activities.
Reporting quality events, incidents, queries, and complaints.
Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues.
Utilize guidance documents, international standards.
Communicate any critical compliance risks noted from these activities to senior management
