<div><p>Led the implementation of a project aimed at engaging Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Balochistan to promote rule of law, legal literacy, and women's access to justice.</p> <p>Collaborated with partner organizations and stakeholders to design and execute strategies for effective project implementation.</p> <p>Conducted community outreach activities, advocacy sessions, and mass awareness campaigns to mobilize support and raise awareness on gender rights and related laws.</p> <p>Facilitated capacity building workshops and training sessions for CSOs and community members to enhance their understanding of legal frameworks and empower them to advocate for gender equality.</p> <p>Monitored project progress, evaluated outcomes, and reported on key achievements to stakeholders and donors.</p> <p>Key Achievements:</p> <p>Successfully engaged with a diverse range of CSOs and community members, fostering collaboration and collective action towards promoting gender equality and access to justice.</p> <p>Increased awareness and understanding of legal rights and protections among targeted communities, leading to improved access to justice and support services for women and vulnerable populations.</p> <p>Received positive feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders on the impact of project interventions, highlighting the importance of sustained efforts in addressing gender-based violence and promoting gender equality in Balochistan.</p></div>
