Major Responsibilities,
Contributes towards the overall goal and objectives of the organization Works in line with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Principles Adheres to the Security rules and procedures.
Ensure adherence to PHC standards as given by the Department of Health to ensure good quality service.
To maintain Pharmacy and warehouse on regular basis (Expiry management, Storage Conditions, Reception & Dispatch of Medicines).
Management of the pharmacy cold chain in the health facility in all aspects.
Assist other health staff in instrument sterilization Update Bin cards on daily basis.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly consumption record and share with relevant program staff.
Participation in trainings and meetings.
Ensure proper data management through the completion of appropriate registers, tally sheets, and reports.
To ensure the availability of required medicine and timely communicate deficiency of medicines to Pharmacist, Sindh.
Offer services to all age, gender, religious groups of people.
Compile and ensure timely submission of daily/monthly reports and records.

Major Responsibilities,
Ensure unit-dose medications are packed, labeled, and promptly delivered to the inpatients.
Maintain and monitor adequate inventory stock and prepare the requisitions of required items.
Receive the goods from the Pharmacy store, ensuring all stock is stored at the proper location and temperature.
Maintain records of all Pharmacy related documentation and provide assistance to Pharmacy assistants when required.
Provide dispensed drugs to Nursing stations in the absence of the Pharmacy Assistant.
Maintain a record of all stock detailing fast-moving/slow-moving/short expiry / expired/broken, damaged items.

Dispense medications according to prescriptions.
Verify patient information and medication orders.
Provide medication instructions and counseling.
Monitor medication inventory and report shortages.
Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing.

Fill and maintain dispensing machines or shelves with products.
Restock supplies when necessary.
Process customer transactions and handle payments.
Provide product information and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Major Responsibilities,
Conducting tests and analyses on samples (blood, tissue, water, etc.).
Preparing and processing samples for testing.
Operating laboratory equipment (microscopes, centrifuges, spectrophotometers).
Recording and reporting test results accurately.
Maintaining laboratory records and databases.

Review patient schedules and prepare medications.
Restock dispensary supplies and medications.
Check expiration dates and dispose of expired medications.
Clean and sanitize dispensary equipment.
Prepare dispensary for patient flow.
Dispense medications according to prescriptions.
Counsel patients on medication usage and side effects.
Monitor patient adherence to medication regimens.
