Collaborate with the Construction manager to develop and implement construction plans and schedules.

 Monitoring construction for compliance with contract documents.
Monitoring the  safety program for compliance with the construction contract requirements.
Demonstrate knowledge of pertinent contract documents and references specific to projects.
Verify that the contractor’s work and materials conform to the contractual requirement.
Assist in reviewingand evaluating contractor such as shop drawings and material Sample for compliance with project requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, including daily reports, work log and documentation of changes and deviations.

Responsibilities(1) prepare bar bending schedule.(2) Prepare the material request, plan project visit schedule a month look a head according to project requirement.(3) Inspection of form work & reinforcement as per approved drawing prior to pouring.(4) Daily Surveillance at site & monitor All ongoing activities.(5) Witness of concrete pouring, Testing & sampling during preparation.(6)  Witness concrete at batch plant after batching. Ensure all concrete batching should be as per approved concrete mix design.(7) Insure that all devices use at site should be calibrated. Coordinates with third party for inspection at site.Witness during FDT at site.(8) Ensure all material use at site for backfilling should be as per standards.Inspection for material receiving as well it\'s storage and handling.(9) Witness all test which occurs on the site like seive test, slump test, Rebound hammer test. Check the temperature of the concrete etc.(10) Prepare the project quality document, such as project quality plan, inspection test plan in the accordance with project/Client specifications.

Responsibilities(1)  Making inspection as per standards , drawing & project specifications. Inspection of rebar, form work before concrete.witness during concrete pouring.(2) Visual inspection for alignment &Make sure releasing agent must be applied on formwork. Inspection after de-melding panels.(3) Connect The project to right infrastructure according to the safety code and best practices.work with other team members to finish the design and assemble the project.(4) A proactive approach, working effectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, taking professional responsibility in all matters.(5) Inspection of assembled Tower, insulator, stringing conductor, Body pressing as per standards.drawings & project specification.(6) Routine surveillance of stockyard that curing are doing properly.

Responsibilitie(1) Checking of embankment,Sub-grade, aggregate base course,asphalt base course.(2) Responsible for all finishing activities Like Block work, Plastering, Flooring, Dry work, Stone Cladding.(3) Bridge, Box culvert, pipe Culvert Cattle creep, sub way, under pass, All layout check.(4) monitoring of work according to drawings and Specifications.(5) Excellent knowledge of design visualization software such as Auto Cad.(6) Check the layout and make monthly and weekly progress report.(7) Ensure that all construction work assigned by the constitution manager is completed to the require specification, in a timely fashion and at optimum cost of the company.(8) Project management & supervision skills .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.(9) Leading the civil and structural design for the assigned project interacting with other disciplines, Client supervisor and sub-contractors as required.(10) Wooden work, Retaining wall, Ear wall, Sharing key.
