ASSISTANT NUTRITION INFORMATION SYSTEM (NIS)
· Provide support to District Nutrition Coordinator to prepare comparative analysis, data compilation, excess and coverage, assessment of outreach activities.
. Develop monthly analysis on progress of each Lady Health Workers (LHWs) in terms of LHWs visited, screening by each assigned LHWs, referral of SAM cases to OTPs and SAM cases enrolled in OTP. Share such reports on monthly basis with District Project Officer for decision making related to improve performance.
. Perform any other official task assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
GRANT AND MIS ASSISTANT
· Timely collection of records, entering data in the MIS system, verifying the data, reporting.
· Ensuring formal and informal project monitoring reports are submitted to Project manager in a timely and efficient manner
· Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
· Perform any and all other tasks as may be assigned by the Grants Manager in a manner that contributes to achievement of the project’s work plan and objectives.
