RESPONSIBILTIESworking 400MT/Day capacity Solvent Extraction Plantas Assistant EngineerTroubleshooting, maintenance and Target achieving Jobs with Management and skilled Team.Daily Production and Process report writing of Continuous/Batch Process.Daily Oil movement and Chemical Consumption report writing on Excel and ERPSupervise daily plant operations and maintenance activities and ensure operational targets are achieved

Supervise all the inspection and testing activities conduct by QA/QC for incoming materials including edible oil, Packaging, Chemicals, unprocessed and unfinished productsSkilled with quality control testing of oil, seed, soap, water such as FFA, SMP, Iodine Value, Bleaching index Solid Fat Index, Total Fatty Matters,TDS, TH Crude Protein, KOH Solubility, Analyze quality data to recommend quality and process improvements. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management. Perform operator maintenance for laboratory equipment.Manage waste generated as a result of analytical procedures.Complete all paperwork associated with the analyses (ex., calibration logs, run logs, etc.)
