• Implementing all RF Soft & Hard Optimization and ensure maximum possible network performance KPIs.
• Investigation and analysis of RF issues (network entry, throughput, coverage, simultaneous UL & DL tests) identification rectification of network bugs
• Thorough hands on various tools like U2000 & M2000 NMS for Sites Optimization and Integration.
• Responsible for operation/performance for Wimax & CPE
Capacity enhancements / Congestion avoidance.
• Define cluster definition & design clusters for the RF optimization.
• Conduct Optimization Drive Tests including Pre & Post DT activity.
• Implementations of MIMO A&B, CSM, IRC, HARQ, TE, MAP Repetition, AMC Adjustments and Handovers in the network.
• Thorough analysis regarding Network Interference on daily basis and resolve the issue by Optimizing Network such as Down Tilt, Azimuth Change, and frequency re-plans etc.
• Monitoring Transmission Network regarding BW choking, BW degradation, Packet Losses and High Latency issues and resolving them through Transmission team.
• Perform all field tests before & after the up gradation of the network.
• Ensure the turnaround time for the resolution of complaints is in compliance with the service level agreement with the customers by collaborating with various cross functional teams (vendor, Network operations, customer care).
• Preparation, analysis & submission of daily, weekly and monthly operational Key performance indicators to the management.
• Lead Augere Project Related Activities in South Region including Technical Site Surveys, LOS Surveys, Site Installation, Site Commissioning, Microwave link Installation, Microwave link Commissioning, Media Shifting, Media Testing Pre & Post analysis by Throughput Testing, Network Relocation/Swap Activities.
• Involved in Nationwide Network Performance activities to maintain quality network nationwide with optimum KPIs.
• Responsible of monitoring key statistics and KPIs on daily basis and maintain excellent QOS of the network by analyzing and optimizing network KPIs such as Radio Access Success Rate, Network Drop Ratio, DSA Success Rate, Basic Capability Negotiation Rate, Network Interference Density Ratio etc.
• Responsible of reporting issues and maintaining regular follow ups with customer for quick resolution.
• Managing a traffic within a cluster through redesigning (including change in bore, antenna up/down tilt) such that traffic can be shifted from a low utilized to high utilized cells.
• Responsible for swap night activities with BSS Implementation team.
• Performing Site Commissioning & Testing.
• Performing Neighbor Audits.
• Optimizing network for PAC and FAC Approvals.
• Propose new sites or site expansion activities in areas needed.
• Responsible of locking Worse cells in coordination with the customer.
• Coordinating on fields Troubleshooting activities with BSS Ops and swap DT teams.
• Identifying coverage holes in the city from drive test logs and given redesign recommendations of neighboring sites in order to provide seamless coverage. Implementing all RF Soft & Hard Optimization and ensure maximum possible network performance KPIs.
• Extracting all unclear service affecting alarms from M2000 such as VSWR issues, RRU related issues etc. on daily basis and resolving them with the BSS operation teams.
• Perform complete BSS health check on daily basis
• Redesigning RF plan and base stations depending upon customer potential areas keeping in view different requirements such as coverage and capacity.
