Main responsibilities:• Coordinating with head of Accounts.• Interacting with Auditors for Finalisation of Accounts.• Preparing department wise monthly Collection Report.• Weekly & Monthly reports for management about cash flow.• Public Relations and Office Administration.• Implementing knowledge of International Accounting Standards and IFRS.• Preparing/Updating Ledgers (payable / Receivable).
Main responsibilities: • Managed financial departments with responsibility for Budgets, Forecasting, Payroll Accounts.• Preparing and submitting petty cash.• Reconciliation of bank statement with accounts.• Preparing monthly schedules.• Auditing all Capital and company accounts.• Assisting in the preparation of Balance sheet and Trial Balance.• Regularly checking all Ledger and Inventory accounts.• Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.• Assisting in the preparation of monthly account reconciliations.• Preparing insurance ledgers.• Preparing PDC’s and Cheques.• Preparation of payment vouchers.• Preparation of monthly end journal vouchers.• Preparing/Updating ledgers ( Payables /Receivables).• Reporting on any outstanding invoices.• Payment Collections / Cheques preparation.• Maintaining Supplier / Client Ledgers.• Preparing & submitting invoices to clients.• Maintaining Bank statements / Balances.• Monthly financial reports to management.• Maintaining payment trackers and aging reports. • Preparing Vat files as per Federal Tax Authority.
