I work as a Field Service Engineer in this company, where my responsibilities include services and maintenance of compressors that are installed in the South region of Basra, Iraq. My role here is to lead the service team and manage the complaints properly. I visit factories and oil and gas fields along with the team to solve and rectify the issues occurring in the machine\\\'s inspection, troubleshooting, commissioning, and installation of equipment. I am also responsible for keeping and maintaining the data of our machines installed on the customer’s site and providing them with preventive maintenance schedules timely.
Responsibilities:
▪ Leading the teams of professionals in performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks daily.
▪ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment and machinery.

Worked in this organization as a Service Engineer where my responsibilities and duties were to visit the factories where our organization provided machines and maintenance services. My role was to solve and rectify the issues occurring in their machinery.
