Now I'm implementing a Software in our Many District of Pakistan namely "District health information software DHIS2" . DHIS2 is a free and open-source software platform . We use DHIS2 for the collection, reporting, analysis and dissemination of aggregate and individual-level data of TB patient in our Organization.
Also implementing more Application for Digitalizing the data like "One Impact Application" "Rx Tracker for Pharmacies" , "Electronic Case based Surveillance : ECBS" , "Rider for Health" , "Prevent TB Pakistan"
As a IT Assistant at the Association for Social Development, my
role extends beyond typical IT responsibilities. While I oversee the management and maintenance of the organization\'s computer systems, networks, and software, I also collaborate closely with various teams to develop and integrate technology solutions that align with the NGO\'s mission. This mission primarily revolves around enhancing healthcare delivery and reducing TB in Pakistan. My tasks encompass troubleshooting technical challenges, ensuring robust system security, and facilitating software installations and upgrades. Moreover, a significant part of my role is dedicated to harnessing technology for impactful outcomes. This involves leveraging digital platforms such as District Health information Software DHIS2, MIS, OneImpact TB Pakistan application, Prevent TB Pakistan application, Rx Tracker application, and the EcBs for Chest camp patient record maintenance application and Health Information Management System HIMS Initiated by the Punjab Government to Keep Record of the large private hospital data of TB Patients. Furthermore, I conduct training sessions for field staff, ensuring they are adept at using these platforms effectively. By intertwining technology with the NGO\'s objectives, I strive to optimize healthcare initiatives, streamline data analysis related to TB patients, and bolster the foundation\'s communication and outreach endeavors.
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is a leading telecommunications provider in Pakistan. As a Technical Support Engineer at PTCL, my primary responsibility was maintaining the configuration and checking line parameters to ensure optimal network performance. I would also be responsible for profile adjustments and fast path activation to enhance the efficiency of the network. Additionally, I would assist PTCL's CPEIs (Customer Premises Equipment Installers) in troubleshooting browsing issues and configuring internet services at the customer end, providing them with necessary guidance and support. With my expertise in network support and customer service, I would contribute to PTCL's commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality telecommunication services to its customers
