Now i am currently working as a Technical Support Engineer my job is to manage all technical/engineering aspects of the application Customer support and troubleshooting of the electronic systems. Real time reporting and documentation of empirical data.I also have to conduct product based customer trainings and provided after sales support. Provides technical product presentation, demonstrations and trials at customer's sites and in the office premises.

During may internship at Attock Refinery limited initially i have basic knowledge of things but implementation of knowledge and complexities in a specific area are yet to known. Hazards in practical fields also learning the things in practical fields learning about the field work operation of generation of power,controlling of power.Working of soft starters are some areas of improvements of electrical system have learn about the motors,generators,transformer,voltage current concepts,controlling voltages for larger machines also having experience of analyzing the field area during the last internship. Have done work on multism,matlab,octave,proteus,ms office work.Also of knowledge of basic electrical machines.Knowledge about soft starters,star delta connections,usage of VFDs in our power system and have designed circuits of dol,star delta starter during the internship period.
