My primary responsibility is to provide support to the branch by managing core branch functions for servicing customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank. I am responsible for the day-to-day interaction with customers of a fast-paced branch. Acts as the primary contact person and resolves operations issues as they arise. As the operational expert for the customer i will be positioned to proactively execute on the concepts developed by the Branch Manager with minimal supervision. Also analyzes customer needs in order to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services and develops new business through referrals and existing clients. I will also be instrumental as a liaison with other internal departments to provide the operational excellence to customers.
Command over all general banking operations including clearing, account opening, transfer posting and Visa debit card operations. Officiating iciating as Branch Operations manager in the the absence of Branch Operations manager.
