1. Installation, calibration and maintenance of the field instruments like pressure, flow, level, temperature sensors and flow control valves. 

2. Calibration and weight adjustment of Schenck weigh feeders for raw material and Coal weighing system.

3. Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control panels as per site requirements.

4. Fuji and SIEMENS Gas Analyzers calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

5. Managing Instrument Staff, Planning and implementation of all shutdown activities and schedule maintenance.  

6. Able to read Instrument Data Sheets for various Field Instruments, Preparation of Instrument list, Review of Process Flow Diagrams.

7. Technical Support for the instrumentation team.

      o SIEMENS PCS7 v6.0

      o Siemens Simatic S7 200,300,400 PLC
      o SIEMENS WINCC (HMI)

      o Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) 1756-L61 and L62 PLC.

      o Wonderware HMI and Integration with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC.

9. Experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities. Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts.

10. Control wiring drawings verification and testing and control cable sizing to the project.

11. Technical discussions and document approval from consultant.

12. Have the experience to create a pleasant work environment to improve team work.

13. Have experience to work under pressure to achieve a desired goal in a short time.

14. Excellent communication interpersonal skills.

15. Have the ability to initiate new ideas to implement for smooth operation of plant and to minimize down time.

16. Have experience to manage man power for overall performance of Instrumentation section.
