• Handled full 3rd party IPCO (male & female field staff) hiring from overall Pakistan.
• Maintains recruitment /hiring of Interns.
• Prepare & maintain candidate database to match the right person to the vacancy.
• Preparing job announcements over Social Media.
• Shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews.
• Prepare and dispatch offer/appointment/contract letters on time
• Manage/Maintain Pre-Employment & post-employment Processes.
• Maintain MIS of Recruitment & Hiring on MS Excel, PowerPoint.
OD Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing new employee Orientation Plan.
• Develop job descriptions and person specifications
• Assist In Training Process.
• Maintain & Prepare TNA & Performance Appraisal.
• Making company & department wise Bell Curves.
• Make & maintain Organograms of all departments over MS Visio.
• Involved in employee motivation activities; motivational quote, trainings, games
• Assemble personnel and Training files.
• Work proactively with other team members.
• Overall Project Based Recruitment. (IPC Officers)
