- Provide the skills required in the operation of a store.
- Responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the operation of an accounting system, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting andstoring of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers through SAP S4 HANA & ERP Software (Sidyat-Hyder).
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Prepared quarterly Inter-project transfer report.
- Train and develop subordinates, provide appropriate coaching, guidance, and supervision to associates, and complete annual performance evaluations.
- Responsible for duties as assigned, relating to internal controls of company assets, the reliability of store's financial information, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
