Assistant Production Manager
• Steer efforts toward managing the monthly conduction of cycle count and stewardship of KPIs; monitoring and controlling the production losses, lead around 20 permanent and more than 100 unionized staff during the shift.
• Augment overall productivity of plant by 20% in a year by administering the shift and ensuring production against plan, timely maintenance, plant CIPs/OPCs, shift report and daily production report.
• Conduct and implement HACCP study, review fix cost, variable cost, and CAPEX related projects annually as well as prepare and manage change in (MOC) documents.
• Increase quality of product in compliance with company’s quality systems, processes and procedures intact, also monitor the improvement in OEE of machines.
