Kishore Kumar is a development professional with diverse work experience of more than a decade in community development. He has done BS in Sociology from the University of Sindh Jamshoro. He has been part of different short and long-term project implementations. His major expertise includes organizing communities, events, training, exhibitions, and training need assessments for vocational skill courses, livelihood appraisals, MIS, Field facilitator, and livelihood enhancement interventions. He has worked as a capacity-building officer in Jamshoro.
He is currently working as a “Programme Officer” in Umerkot and Sanghar. Previously he has worked in different capacities including admin program assistant, Community Mobilizer, Social Mobilizer, and livelihood officer, Field Facilitator at districts Jamshoro, Tharparkar, and Mirprukhas.
He has an excellent ability to communicate with partners and clients, good team player, easily adapts to change, can work under pressure, and manages the team responsibly.
NCA-funded Faith in Action for Sustainable Climate Resilience
Responsibilities:
· Organize community self-help groups and conduct their meetings, awareness sessions, and trainings
· Organize stakeholder meetings at provincial and district level with relevant departments
· Liaison with legislators/ parliamentarians and District government officials
· Organize policy advocacy and lobbying meetings with legislators for advocacy and lobbying on Climate change, GBV, and DRR in Umerkot and Sanghar.

EU-funded SUCCESS Programme
Responsibilities:
· Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology, and SUCCESS Program components to establish a long-term vision for the program.
· Supervise and lead the social mobilization teams in performing effective social mobilization at the community level and have mastered business development group
· Planning as per need and capacity, ensuring teamwork, and coordinating and supporting district and sector professionals for the effective implementation of the program activities.
· Prepare and submit progress reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis or as required by the program.
· Represent TRDP at different forums, meetings, and workshops.
· Ensure the proper documentation at the office and field level. Keeping in view the nature of the EU project requirements SOCB would give this part of his/her role the top priority.
· Deliver capacity-building sessions on CMST, LMST, and CAT training as per the project guidelines and standard defined procedures set out in the Project implementation manual of the project.
· Ensure that the community organization identifies beneficiaries as per need and criteria and guides social mobilization teams in preparing CIF and grant proposals as per community needs and also ensure the proper utilization and record keeping at the field level.
· Supervise and monitor the CRPs and bookkeepers and facilitate communities in the identification of right and eligible persons.
· Facilitate communities in the identification of infrastructure schemes and resolve community conflicts with support from line/district management.
· Guide communities about the micro health insurance products, its benefits, health facilities, and the process.

Responsibilities:
